Ann

Ann is Dr. McDonald's wife and she enjoys her full-time job taking care of their two young children. She also works part-time during the week as office manager and marketing coordinator for the practice.  She has  thoroughly enjoyed helping Dr. McDonald establish and build his vision of McDonald Family Dentistry since its start in August 2004. Ann takes pride in being able to help create a comfortable environment that makes patients feel like they're a special part of the practice. Her special touches help patients feel as welcome as guests in their home.

ANNA

Anna is the first smiling face you'll see when you come to our office. She's the front desk concierge and treatment coordinator and she's sure to greet you with her cheerful, energetic smile. Anna's passion for dentistry began in 1996 when she earned her degree as a Registered Dental Assistant from Des Moines Area Community College. Until recently, she worked as a  dental assistant for Dr. McDonald and has been a chair-side dental assistant for eleven years. Anna is always happy to assist our guests, and her experience in the field greatly helps patients with any dental needs or questions they may have.

JESSICA

Jessica is our registered dental assistant serving chairside during dental treatments with Dr. McDonald.  Her top priority is making sure each and every guest is comfortable and relaxed throughout all dental procedures.  Any clinical questions or concerns can quickly and accurately be answered by Jessica. Our patients enjoy Jessica's soothing chairside manner and the positive enthusiasm she exudes explaining chairside treatments.  Her love for dentistry began in 2005 when she graduated from Vatterott College in Des Moines.

MICHELLE

 Michelle is also a registered dental assistant with our office fulfilling many of the same responsibilites as Jessica.  Our patients appreciate Michelle's warm personality and her friendly, professional chairside manner as she educates our guests about their dental health options with Dr. McDonald.  Michelle's dental career began in 2007 when she graduated from Vatterott College in Des Moines.

LORI

Lori is our registered dental hygenist, and she came to our office with a strong periodontal background and knowledge after more than 25 years of working in this field. In that time, she's earned a reputation for her gentle and caring touch with patients of all ages. That's important because she gets to know every patient while she meets with them regulary to educate and assist them establish good hygeine practices. She delivers consistently thorough treatments that are never rushed because the patient's dental health and comfort are always her top concern.
